Does Angina cordis all develop into myocardial infarction?

Some studies also show that recurrent angina may make the small branch of coronary artery open, which create more collateral circulation to improve the myocardial blood supply, then among the different blood vessels it has also formed mutually supportive relationship. Even if a blood vessel occur blockage, it still can receive some compensation through these collaterals. So, indeed there are many patients with angina pectoris for many years always do not occur myocardial infarction.
