For years scientists have reminded that milky tea was good for the heart. But a new study suggested, adding milk into the refreshing tea water, or drinking tea with milk (milky tea) at the same time, would destroy all healthy ingredients of tea.

Tests showed that although tea increased the blood flow velocity through increasing the contraction ability of artery wall, the milk completely hampered the healthy result.

German researchers expressed, the finding could explain why the British tea-drinking culture did not produce significant inhibition effects on the prevalence of heart disease, for most British people like adding milk into tea.
