Sudden cardiac arrest refers to the sudden stop of cardiac ejection function. Experts hold that any patient with heart disease or without heart disease, within the period unable to be estimated, suddenly stops his heart beat, which should be considered as sudden cardiac arrest.

1. Loss of consciousness.

5. ECG manifestations:

c. ventricular standstill, presenting a straight line without any electric wave, or only the atrial wave seen. The ventricular fibrillation last for more than 4 minutes still without sinus rhythms, and almost all are converted to ventricular standstill.
