Many people believe that a small amount of drinking is healthy. Even public opionions propagandize, a small amount of wine can play a good role on the cardiovascular. But for some people (patients with heart disease), sometimes (with a fever), a small amount of alcohol is harmful to the heart, while heavy drinking is dangerous.

Cardiac enlargement is a compensatory mechanism, but under the influence of fatigue, violent activities or infection, emotional excitation and other incentives, this kind of compensation would not complete, thereby  heart failure or congestive heart failure happens.
